Over 30 years experience working in the NHS as a general practitioner and associate specialist in breast surgery. An interest in how lifestyle factors influence our health, Gwyneth is a Pilates teacher and cancer exercise specialist.
Gwyneth is working with many multidisciplinary teams in general practice, with charities and community groups to provide education regarding menopause and how lefestyle and HRT can relieve symptoms and improve health anhd well being. Gwyneth also co-produces the Time to Thrive programme with the Recovery College of the South Eastern HSC trust.
Proceeds from sales of the book support the work of Menopause Toether, a charity created, lead and devloped by, and for, women experiencing the impact of perimenopause and menopause on their lives.
